This real estate designation is geared towards improving the skills of real estate professionals working with home sellers. Upon completion of this two day course and meeting the pratical requirements agents qualify for the Accredited Seller Representative (ASRŽ) designation. The designation is managed by the Seller Agency Council.
The Seller Agency Council was founded in 1999 by Joe Kennedy. In late 2005, the Seller Agency Council (SAC) merged with the Accredited Seller Agency Council (ASAC) to form the largest association in seller agency.
Today the Seller Agency Council is part of the RealtyUŽ Group of career development companies.
