Amanda P. Herring obtained her real estate license in 1984 and began her real estate training as an appraiser's apprentice while still working as a secondary school mathematics teacher. In 1991 she decided to make real estate sales her full-time career. After selling over $4.5 million in real estate during her first two years, she then completed the educational requirements to obtain her Broker's license. She earned her Broker's license in 1995 and opened her own real estate company, which was named after her maiden name, Pickett Properties. Amanda is also an Accredited Buyer Representative and has held the ABR designation for over 8 years! Currently she is working as an
independent broker sponsoring a small group of specialized agents
servicing the Texas Hill Country in San Antonio, New Braunfels, Bulverde, Boerne, and the surrounding areas.
