Anne Marie Matteo has been employed by the REALTOR® organization for the past 28 years. She joined the former Delaware County Association of REALTORS® in 1979, and was the Executive Officer in 1991. After going through two mergers with surrounding associations, she currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the 5,300 member Suburban West REALTORS® Association in Pennsylvania.

Anne Marie has been active at the state and national level and served in various capacities including Chair of the PAR Association Executives Committee, and member of NAR's Association Executives’ Forum, Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee, and the RCE Exam Development Team. Anne Marie earned the REALTOR® association Certified Executive (RCE) and the ASAE Certified Association Executive (CAE) designations, and is a graduate of Duke University’s Nonprofit Management Program.
