Real Estate Salesperson:   Applicant must be 18 years or older, complete 90 hours of pre-licensing education and pass the examination at a real estate school, disclosure and documentation concerning your background is required.  You have 1 year from the date you pass the state examination to apply for your license.   You have to be fingerprinted.

Continued education:  You have to have actual classroom hours with the continued education requirements.  See website for complete details.

Broker applicants: You must have at least 3 years of sales experience within the preceding 5 year period

Reciprocal license recognition & Non-residents:  You must provide a certified license history of all the States you worked in as a salesperson or broker.  You may submit the appropriate Request for Waiver to the ADRE with supporting documentation for reciprocal license recognition.
