Founder and President International Association of Home Staging Professionals
Schwarz began her real estate career in 1976 as a residential real estate agent in Bellevue, WA. Prior to real estate she had owned her own interior design business. Recognizing the challenges, she started educating her sellers on how to set the scene and how to set the Stage to get their properties sold for top dollar. Today she has sold and staged over 1,600 homes in her career. In 2000 Schwarz developed the Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) course and designation. |
