Brenda W. Casserly is president and chief executive officer of ERA Real Estate. She is responsible for the growth, development and strategic direction of one of the world's leading residential franchise brokerage networks.

Casserly's real estate career spans more than two decades. Prior to joining ERA in 1998 as senior vice president, Casserly held several executive positions with other national real estate companies, including senior vice president, chief operating officer, and director of operations review. In addition to her experience in corporate management, Casserly operated Coldwell Banker Security Real Estate, a multi-office real estate company in the tri-city area of Tennessee and Virginia.

Casserly holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in History/Sociology and a Master's of Arts degree in Consultative Psychology from East Tennessee State University. In 2004, Casserly was named one of the 2004 Women of Influence by NJBIZ for her professional accomplishments.
