After a successful career as a restaurant owner and manager in Australia, Bruce met an American girl, fell in love, and made the decision to start a family and move to the United States in 1990.

After obtaining his Realtor's license, Bruce set up shop a decade ago, and now specializes in the listing and marketing of homes in the Spokane area. He characterizes his approach as friendly and progressive, and his goal is to secure for his clients, "the most money in the shortest time with the least inconvenience." Having closed thousands of transactions over more than a decade now, Bruce is able to effectively guide buyers and sellers through the home selling maze and ensure the experience is as hassle-free as possible.

Bruce relies on a simple five-point system: technology, teamwork, education, systems, and passion. By using technology like video email, voice broadcasting, and real-time, web-based lead conversion tracking, Bruce generates 700-800 leads per week, and converts a very healthy percentage of them. With a current database of over 5800 folks, in 2005 Hardie closed 230 transactions for a total sales volume of $43 million.
