The BOMA International Foundation is dedicated to advancing real estate performance and public understanding of the commercial real estate industry through research, education and the dissemination of information.
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Foundation is an independent, tax-exempt organization (501(c) 3) dedicated to sponsoring and encouraging innovative research and educational activities that advance the commercial real estate industry and profession. In addition, the Foundation initiates programs that seek to enhance the public appreciation of real estate and its significance in society. The Foundation is affiliated with the Building Owners and Managers Association International, the nation's oldest and largest commercial real estate organization.
The work of the Foundation touches all aspects of commercial real estate training and research. Programs and projects are developed to assist real estate professionals, researchers and others concerned with building performance and its impact on society. Foundation programs are supported through tax-deductible gifts, grants and bequests from BOMA members and other building owners and managers, real estate related companies, foundations and trusts, government agencies and interested individuals. The Foundation is guided by a Board of Trustees composed of senior BOMA members, industry representatives and other persons prominent in the real estate community.1
