The textbook provides comprehensive coverage of finance laws through 2006 and covers the key topics of appraisal, credit agencies, title and escrow, and industry technology.  To meet the state’s course requirements, critical legal concepts are covered, including trust fund management and both federal and state compliance issues.  The third edition also extensively covers the variety of the forms necessary to complete a transaction, such as the loan application FNMA form (both English and Spanish versions), credit authorization, escrow instructions, the newest URLA form, and much more.  This is an approved course textbook for pre-licensing in California.
