Can I Change My Mind If A Better Offer Comes In While I Am Negotiating With A Buyer?
Category - Home Selling FAQ's - Selling Legal & Closing

The seller is free to withdraw the counter-offer any time prior to the buyer’s acceptance of it. The communication method for acceptance is usually described in the contract. If the buyer’s acceptance was communicated to you in the required method before you withdrew the offer, you should honor the contract and not entertain other offers.  If you decide to rescind on the buyer’s offer, the buyer could technically enforce the contract.  Your agent is responsible to guide and provide expert advice.
