Can I leave anything in the house after closing?

The seller is supposed to remove everything from the home and have it left in broom clean condition. As a practical matter, there may be a few items left in the house, such as left over paint, left over boxes, etc. If, during your final walk through, you find stuff left in the house that is unwanted, make sure you address the issue with your attorney before closing
