CARL J. COUTU has a lifelong history of working in the real estate industry in many different capacities and roles including President and owner of a 4th generation family-owned lumber retail and building materials outlet facility, land developer, builder of commercial and residential properties, property manager of real estate portfolios including commercial and residential properties and community associations, and a real estate broker since 1979.
His experience also includes serving as President of the local Chamber of Commerce and has served for multiple years on planning and zoning boards and municipal building committees. He has been recipient of numerous awards with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and the Kent Washington Board of Realtors in Rhode Island.
