Herman, Esq. and was a predominantly commercial/industrial company. With the help of Barry Rohrbach and Gabrielle J. "Wink" Dietrich, Century 21 Advance Realty has become a successful residential award winning brokerage company.

Today, the company has attained national sales award status, having achieved the Century 21 Centurion Sales Award for gross commissions in excess of $1,500,000. Century 21 Advance Realty also has 38 sales associates, a seasoned support staff.
