| Charlie has been licensed since 1979 and has held his broker license since 1990. He is currently associated with Steele REALTORS®, a Cincinnati area residential real estate firm. Since 1986, Charlie has specialized in the education and training of residential real estate licensees. He has held the position of Director of Training and Vice President for Career Development for two Cincinnati area real estate firms, and has conducted real estate training for a national franchise on a local basis.
Charlie has conducted real estate pre-license education courses since 1988. He instructs in the pre-licensing (Principles and Practices, Finance, and Broker Law Review), post-licensing (Sales and Broker), continuing education (several course, including the three required courses), and degree (Financial Management, Real Estate Brokerage and Sales Management) programs.
