For more than fifteen years Claudette Millette has been helping home buyers achieve their goals in the Greater Boston Metrowest area. She established the Buyers’ Counsel in the early nineties when buyer brokerage was a new and somewhat controversial practice in Massachusetts. Claudette has always been passionate in her belief that home buyers deserve the same protection and representation that sellers have always had. She is committed to doing the right thing for her buyer clients, both professionally and ethically.

In 2002, Claudette wrote the book “Buying a Home in the 21st Century” which addresses many issues associated with the home buying process. It covers everything from tax issues, financing, legal issues, homes styles, interiors and leads right up to closing on a home. It was intended for home buyers to have as a resource as they embark on their own journeys and quests for their dream homes. Many have used it as a general guide and have thanked her for it.

A resident of the Greater Boston area for nearly twenty years, she has built her buyer brokerage using individual and personalized service and provides her clients with the special attention one expects of a dedicated professional. Claudette knows that every transaction represents the most important purchase a person can make and she takes every precaution to ensure that communication is impeccable with all of the parties involved from beginning to end. Her wealth of expertise, negotiating skills, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of her business.

Over and above her buyer broker credentials and long experience in this arena, Claudette has special training and vast experience in the area of new construction sales, move-up and luxury buyers. She received her education at the University of San Francisco, San Francisco, California.
