Cumbie Institute of Real Estate provides instruction by experienced professionals in the areas of real estate appraisal, general contractor, continuing education and, on-going training to get a N.C. real estate license. Cumbie Institute makes available a variety of class schedules to provide multiple opportunities for student's schedules. Their instructors have many years of hands-on experience in real estate, which helps with real world application of the studies.

The School has been in business since 1994 and are members of the Real Estate Educators Association.
