Led RealShare International, (the holding company for Coldwell Banker franchises in Manhattan) to grow from $40 million in sales in 1996 to more than $700 million in 2006. He also founded Sovereign Title and Sovereign Mortgage companies, the Manhattan Multiple Listing Service. Previously he served as President of Poland Development Partners, developers of commercial and residential real estate in Eastern Europe. Michonski earned an A.B. from Colgate University. |
