Doris S. Barrell is an associate broker and part owner of JLB Realty. Ms. Barrell's areas of expertise include ethics, finance, contracts, legal and legislative issues, broker license preparation, and home-ownership issues. With more than 20 years of experience working in the real estate field, Ms. Barrell also writes and edits a variety of publications for Dearborn Publishing Corporation, including Real Estate Finance Today, Real Estate Law, and Essentials of Real Estate Finance. Ms. Barrell graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Mary Washington College of the University of Virginia and holds a Master of Arts degree from The Catholic University of America.
