Entering real estate in 1976, Richards has participated in the sale of both residential and commercial real estate to the value of over $100 million. Prior to his real estate career, he worked as a Certified Public Accountant. Richards has served in many positions for his Board, State and the National Association of Realtors®, including President and Director and was honored by The Salt Lake Board of Realtors® as Salesman of the Year, Realtor of the Year and as CRS of the Year by the state of Utah in 1992. He graduated from the University of Utah with a BS in Accounting and an MBA. |
