Foil Appraisal has been in business for over 35 years.  The owner, David "Mike" Foil, is a Certified Residential Appraiser with an office in Payson, Arizona.  The office covers portions of Gila and Coconino Counties.  Approved for FHA, conventional, Relocation and REO appraisals on homes and vacant land.
