Garrison Benson has more than 30 years of residential real estate experience with condominium conversions and new developments around the country. Before founding Garrison Partners, he served as vice president of product development, marketing and sales for MCL Companies from 1990 to 1994. He was also vice president of Equity Realty, a division of TheEquity Group from 1982 to 1990 and a corporate officer of RG Kansas City, a division of Romanek Golub, in 1981 and 1982. In 1994, Garry was named "Marketer of the Year" by the Home Builders Association of GreaterChicago and was recently inducted into the University of Illinois Chicago Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame. He holds the MIRM designation from the National Sales and Marketing Council of the National Home Builders Association, serves on the board of directors for the Roosevelt Graduate School of Real Estate, is on the Board of Governors for Builder Marketing Society, is a Leadership Board Member for the NAHB Multi Family, and is a member of The Urban Land Institute.
