Even in a bad real estate market Ginny sells close to $10 million in real estate every year.  Her average sale is $500,000+ but she does sell other lower priced properties when her buyers can't afford to pay that much. She prides herself in listening to her buyers and finding them the finest property in the greatest neighborhood for the best price!

In 2005 Ginny Lee sold $60 million in properties, and she attributes an astounding minimum of $10 million to web-based leads. She has sold over 3000 properties in her career, with at least 70% of her business comes from the Internet and repeat and referral customers. Her effervescent personality and real estate expertise creates buyers and sellers for life.

She has more than 30 years of real estate sales and management experience, obtaining broker’s licenses in both Florida and Colorado. She started her real estate career in Colorado as a single mother raising two children, specializing in condominiums. Soon, Lee had rented so many apartments, she thought she could make more money selling them, and decided to get her real estate license. Lee attributes her success as a rookie agent to “working hard and specializing in condominiums when no one knew what they were, so no one wanted to list or sell them.”

After raising her children, she started over in Naples, Florida, where she now specializes in high-end luxury waterfront and golf course estates. After relocating, Lee immediately tried to re-brand herself by wearing a sailor’s hat and saluting in every advertisement she created. Lee called herself the “Pelican Bay Connection”, in reference to the original area in which she specialized. Within the year everyone was saluting her in return.

Lee loves marketing, having already created a newspaper and two luxury magazines. Her fondness for technology is eclipsed only by her passion for helping other agents find success, and the two merge perfectly where she has been recognized as an iSucceed Mentor to help new agents. Ginny also created to help business in her community to get FREE listings on the Internet to help their business.
