In 1999 co-founded with partner Andy Evans Obeo which they have grown into one of the largest full service providers of online visual and interactive content to the real estate community. Previously Vice President of Blackburn Jones Real Estate, Vice President of Sales and Marketing and later President and part owner of Calute Homes, a residential construction company in Salt Lake City. Jones graduated magna cum laude with a BS in Organizational Psychology and an MBA from Brigham Young University. Best known as founder of YourHomesDirect, and pioneering the 2 percent commission model in the New York and New Jersey before selling to Britain-based Foxtons. Subsequently launched Expert Realty in South Florida, again offering lower commission structures. |
