Global Realty Marketing (GRM) is a multi-level marketing real estate franchise providing agents an opportunity to build a nationwide business of their own without having to become licensed in multiple states. The multi-tiered compensation system allows agents to earn commission bonuses — referred to as “overrides” - on the production of other agents they bring into the GRM system. GRM is not a franchise and thus does not have territorial limitations.
GRM is part of a larger organization - World Leadership Group - founded in 2003 by businessman and entrepreneur Hubert Humphrey. The group also includes Global Equity Lending (GEL), the nation’s fifth largest mortgage broker.
