Gold Coast School of Real Estate is Florida's largest real estate licensing and professional development school, and is a member of the prestigous RealtyU organization Gold Coast was founded in 1970 in Ft. Lauderdale. The school has 5 permanent campus locations in the south Florida area. Locations include West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Broward, North Miami Beach, and Doral.
Gold Coast is one of the largest independent schools of it's type in the United States. In addition to all of the state required pre-license, post-license, and continuing education courses required for real estate sales associates and real estate brokers, Gold Coast also offers an extensive array of appraisal, mortgage broker, property management, community association manager, home inspection, construction, and insurance classes.
The school is owned by brothers John Greer and Jim Greer, and is independent of any brokerage firm.
