Grace is an attorney, educator, fair housing speaker, real estate broker, licensed residential builder, radio talk show guest and a former director and producer of the major television network program, "Builder’s Open House." She is the author of the textbook "Michigan Real Estate Basics" published by Dearborn Real Estate Education.
She is an active broker specializing in property management and commercial brokerage and is currently the legal counsel for the internationally recognized Real Estate Educators Association. Grace practices real estate and business law. Her primary focus is to help clients avoid problems and litigation by proper planning, preventative practices and sound policies.
