Great Lakes Realty Systems, Inc. was established in 1994 by Jack Miedema, and is based in the metropolitan Grand Rapids, Michigan area. In addition to facilitating various real estate-related seminars and courses, the company has also developed course materials licensed by other educators who have trained real estate agents from Alaska to Florida.
In 2003, Great Lakes was the first Michigan real estate continuing education sponsor to both develop its own distance learning management system (DLMS) software platform and offer Michigan-specific online continuing education courses. |
