Harry Styron is a Missouri lawyer with a long history of providing legal advice and educational opportunities to real estate lawyers, brokers, appraisers, surveyors, developers and lenders.
Most of Harry's law practice involves real estate development in Southwest Missouri, which has been a particularly strong region of steady growth in retirement, resort and second home development, as well as commercial and health-care projects.
For several years, Harry has been the program chair for the Annual Real Estate Institute presented by the Missouri Bar Association to over 300 Missouri real estate attorneys each year. His presentations have addressed planning and zoning, condominiums, homeowner association, foreclosures, easement disputes, and ethics. He is a member of the Community Associations Institute, the American Resort Development Association, the Branson Lodging Association, and national, state and local bar associations.
In 2009, he began a blog, Ozarks Law & Economy, and with his five entrepreneurial siblings, an online magazine, The Styron Observer & Commercial Appeal.
