In the first year, the business plan was to sell 12 homes, instead 76 were sold. Today, Holiday Builders has built over 30,000 single-family homes throughout Florida, Texas and Alabama and has continued the strategy to provide a quality-built home of lasting value for the best possible price. Starting with one model home in Palm Bay, Florida, the company now has approximately 65 locations across the country due to expansions in 2004. Over the years Holiday Builders has won many national awards, along with recognition from the homebuilding industry. On July 1, 1999, Holiday Builders became 100% Employee-Owned. |
