Starter sets typically run around $100. A starter or planning set is a great way to research the home plan that interests you and typically include all four exterior elevations and the floor plans shown to scale. Starter sets do not include roof, foundation or electrical plans, interior elevations or general specifications. They are typically stamped “not for construction.”
Once you decide to purchase the full plans for the home you have selected, the cost of your starter set should be applied toward the cost of the plans.1 |
