Think about your areas of expertise. You may be an expert in condominiums, because you have lived in them for a long time. You may be an expert in a particular area of town, where you grew up. Familiarize yourself with your area, especially the schools, recreational activities, stores, driving distances to it, doctors, vets, etc. You also want to visit your county’s official website and learn all you can about future land use plans, developments, rezoning plans, locations, and so forth.
