How do I know if my buyers are good?
Category - Home Selling Questions - Agent, Offer & Commissions FAQ's
You can tell if your buyers are good when they have a letter from their lender stating they are pre-approved, not just pre-qualified. The letter must state they have high enough credit scores and their income to debt ratio is in line with the price of your home. In most cases, if the buyers are moving from one house to another they are typically good buyers. However, do not let this be considered pre-approved simply because they are moving from one home to another.
