| Many subdivisions and town home complexes have rules in their by-laws that do not allow signs in their front yards. If this is the case you may want to consider putting a sign in a window that is visible to people driving by. If this is not possible you may want to consider putting a sign out somewhere by the entrance or exit of the subdivision with a brochure box explaining where the property is located. You may also want to talk to the property manager about suggestions. |
