I live in a small ranch amongst the vineyards in the Temecula Wine Country. I also own avocado business / properties in De Luz. I co-own two residents in Thailand, one of which is a solid Teak Thai Northern Region Style home with a big pond and orchards. (It is built by tongue & groove method). I am proud to say that my Real Estate investments so far have fair much better than my stock portfolios.
As a long time resident in Temecula and as an investor, I am experienced with local real estate as well as local area knowledge.
I used to live in the South Bay of The San Francisco Bay Area and worked in the Silicon Valley High Tech industries for over 26 years. I worked on many information systems with more than 30,000 internal and external customers worldwide.
