Jim Gibbs owns Ideal Realty in Cannon County Tennessee where he is licensed as the Principal Broker. Ideal Realty specializes in marketing properties suitable for maintaining horse.
Jim is also a real estate instructor. He owns the Career Institute which offers Tennessee Real Estate Commission (TREC) pre-licensing education as well as continuing education. The Career Institute was the first school in Tennessee to offer the required 60 hour affiliate broker pre-licensing course as a correspondence course. They also offer the 30 hour broker office management by correspondence which is a prerequisite to take the Tennessee broker’s exam.
Jim is a Realtor and a member of the Middle Tennessee Association of Realtors where he serves on the Education Committee, and the Grievance Committee. Jim has been a participating instructor for the MTAR Leadership program. He is a graduate of the Tennessee Association of Realtors GRI program, and the TAR Instructor Training program.
He also writes a weekly newsletter that is emailed to nearly 20,000 subscribing Realtors throughout Tennessee. Jim is the founder the Tennessee Real Estate Network, a professional-social organization and the creator of the social web site TNRealNet.com.
