Singer has held the Association's top staff position since 1989 after serving as chief economist and leading the Association's public affairs department. In 2003, he established CAR's rapidly growing Housing Affordability Fund, which has raised more than $2.3 million since its inception. Singer has served on numerous government and private sector commissions and boards. Singer is President and was instrumental in developing Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS), CAR's for-profit subsidiary, that produces, distributes and promotes the products and tools needed to complete a real estate transaction in 1995. He is also President of RE FormsNet, the leading provider of electronic forms software for the real estate industry. |
