| John Powel Walsh. St. Louis Hills is located in the southwest area of the City of St. Louis. It is a unique "planned community" of single family homes, duplexes, multi-family units, commercial areas, parks, schools and churches. The two main parks are Willmore Park and Francis Park. The second park was donated by David R. Francis, former Mayor of St. Louis, Governor of Missouri and most notably the Chairman of the World's Fair circa 1904. |
