John Reilly brings a wealth of Real Estate contributions to the Internet Crusade, both as an educator and as a licensed attorney in the States of Hawaii and California. John became a member of the Hawaii Bar in 1971 and worked as in-house counsel for two real estate developers.
His passion for Real Estate education began shortly thereafter when he started teaching pre-license courses for real estate sales people and brokers. In addition to conducting numerous seminars to licensees, escrow officers and attorneys, John was an adjunct professor of Real Estate Law at the University of Hawaii Richardson School of Law for ten years.
John is one of the foremost writers of real estate materials, which include 10 books, and numerous articles. His national best seller, "The Language of Real Estate" is in its sixth edition, selling over 125,000 copies and published by Dearborn Publishing.
Throughout his career in law and real estate education, John has maintained a private practice specializing in the preparation of real estate conveyance documents for escrow companies and brokers. A recognized expert in Hawaii conveyance practice, and one of the original authors of the Hawaii Real Estate Conveyance Manual, John has been involved in the closings of thousands of real estate transactions.
Today John also serves as Vice President of Publishing for the real estate community RealTown. |
