Johnny Elliott is the Executive Vice President of Business Acquisitions for GMAC Home Services and is charged with acquisitions, new business development, and developing other non-brokerage business opportunities for GMAC Home Services. Johnny has been associated with the real estate industry for over twenty-five years. Prior to his role in GMAC Real Estate, Elliott had corporate positions that involved strategic planning and operations, systems development, and process improvement for franchise sales, servicing, and training of a leading international real estate franchise organization. During Johnny’s many years in real estate, he has personally owned and operated large real estate companies where he achieved exceptional growth and financial success. He has also owned and operated a highly successful consulting business involved in real estate management consulting with a focus on business planning, acquisition and mergers, as well as fundamental re-engineering of client companies.
