Kennedy has been a licensed Realtor® since he was 18. His role as an instructor began in the mid 1970s when he assumed recruiting and training duties for his real estate brokerage firm. Since that time he has developed and served as revision author of Real Estate Dynamics, Georgia's most widely used textbook for the real estate salesperson and broker’s pre-licensing exam. He is creator of Accredited Seller Representative (ASR®) course and designation - the first Seller Agency designation in the country. Kennedy has served as the President of the Georgia Real Estate Educator's Association and Regional VP for the National Real Estate Educator's Association. |
