Judy LaDeur joined real estate in 1975. In 1981, after a few years in sales, Judy joined management where she developed specialized recruiting and training systems. By 1984, she became the Recruiting Director for firm in Chicago. At the turn of 1990, Judy began her career as a national speaker and consultant to the real estate industry.
After forming Judy LaDeur International, an independent training company, Judy focused on the CRB accreditation for all of the recruiting courses. She also serves as President of Covenant Coaching.
