No matter where in the world I have lived or traveled, I have found that everyone has goals and dreams. Although each person is unique, often these dreams include home ownership. Helping someone realize the dream of home ownership is one of the most rewarding experiences I've known.

Early in my career I learned how thrilling it can be to help people achieve their goals and dreams. I began by teaching people how to use computers to do their work more effectively and efficiently. Throughout my career with high profile Silicon Valley technology companies, I led teams and designed programs to help people and organizations reach their personal and professional goals. Now I have the privilege of working with people to help them achieve goals and dreams related to home ownership.

My personal goal is to provide excellent representation for you in your real estate transaction.

What I Love About Sequim

Sequim is a very special place. I’ve lived and traveled in a lot of different places, and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. Here are some of the things that warm my heart about living here.

  • Friendly people. They’ll stop and chat when walking down the street or in the supermarket. They wave when you drive by their yard.
  • Water bowls for dogs outside many downtown businesses.
  • Endlessly-changing sky-scapes.
  • Cows.
  • Open farmland vistas. Haying in the summer. Bales dotting the fields.
  • In-your-face mountains, snow-covered much of the year.
  • Beautiful barns – lots of them, many shapes and styles, in various states of repair.
  • Growing things – food and flowers. Long summer days means a good growing season. Master Gardeners are ecstatic. There are many nurseries. Visit McComb Gardens Nursery for quality, variety, certified staff, and a gallery-like visual banquet.
  • Coffee shops, locally owned. The kind where you can drop in for a chat and see someone you know. Check out The Buzz for special touches.
  • Lavender farms – one of our sources of fame, and a feast for the eyes and nose.
  • Local restaurants serving their own specialties. Try the Clam Chowder and sweet potato fries at the 101 Diner or the wood-fired pizza at Alderwood Bistro, which serves locally grown, organic meat and produce. Best-ever crab cakes at Dupuis, and Cedar Creek for creative daily specials and farmhouse charm.
  • Unique boutiques and local bookstores.
  • Enthusiasm for the arts – lots of galleries and showings, plus a wonderful community theater with performances in an old church building, and Sequim City Band. Concerts in the park on Sunday afternoons in the summer. Friday evening “art walks” to view the art that is hanging in many businesses.
  • The Irrigation Festival parade – a true hometown event.
  • Ice Cream Socials and Pancake Breakfasts at the Grange.
  • Eagles soaring right over town.
  • Shopping for organic veggies at Nash’s Farm Store, the Farmers’ markets, and the Sequim Open Aire Market.

These are only a few of the things that delight my heart every day. I hope that when you visit you will find some more special things about Sequim.
