Kevin Levent is the President & CEO of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers in Atlanta, Georgia.

Levent, although born in New York, has lived in Georgia since moving to Atlanta in 1957. He is the oldest of four siblings, two brothers and one sister.

Prior to real estate, Levent was a top sales professional for a national textile manufacturing company, managing the southeast region from 1977 to 1982. He received his real estate license in January of 1983 and joined Coldwell Banker as a sales associate.

In 1985, Levent joined Metro Brokers Real Estate, and excelled in new homes and resales. For six of the 11 years with Metro Brokers, he was awarded top sales associate, company wide, out of 500 agents. The original CEO and founder of Metro Brokers, John Hartrampf, named Levent as his successor in 1996. At that time, Levent became an owner and assumed the role of President and CEO of the company.

Due to Levent’s leadership, Metro Brokers has grown from 600 associates in 1996 to more than 3,000 licensees today, which makes Metro Brokers the largest license holder in the state of Georgia. For the last 10 years, Metro Brokers has been a top market share leader in Atlanta. After affiliating with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate in 1997, Metro Brokers became the 12th largest Better Homes and Gardens franchise. Later, Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate merged with GMAC Real Estate. Metro Brokers became the largest GMAC franchise in the country in 2001.  In 2009, Metro Brokers terminated it's affiliation with GMAC Real Estate, and joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate.

Over the last 10 years, Levent built new offices and moved existing Metro Brokers offices throughout Georgia, bringing the total to 26. In 2000, Levent created Metro Mike, the company’s mascot. He started a billboard campaign in 2004 that encompasses five billboards around metro Atlanta that display the current inventory of homes. The billboards have become an Atlanta landmark, and are constantly mentioned in publications and news media.

Levent is also the President and CEO of the following companies: Metro Brokers Insurance, Metro Title Trust and Metro Brokers Real Estate Academy.

Levent is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee. In addition, he has served or is currently serving as a member of the following organizations:

  • Advisory board, First Multiple Listing Service
  • Special membership, RealTrends

In addition, Levent also owns and runs two other companies: Summerfield Homes, a home building company, and Hawk Development, a new homes development company. He is currently in the process of developing SilverOak, a new homes community in northwest Georgia priced from the $700s.

Levent has been happily married to Susan Levent for 20 years and resides in Roswell.
