Sophisticated real estate players will appreciate the revisions made to this highly comprehensive dictionary of terms.  All of the entries are brought into conformity with the 1986 Tax Reform Act.  Controversial topics that have resulted from this legislation, such as the IRS definition of a dealer in real estate, are treated well.  Though it has no illustrations, a section containing over 300 abbreviations is a helpful touch.
