Larry Fordyce began his real estate broker career in 1961 after majoring in business administration at San Jose State University. He was Realtor of the Year in 1970 and president of the San Jose Real Estate Board in 1971. In 1973, he opened and operated as many as nine Century 21 offices. In 1998, Fordyce sold his last office and became a broker associate with Century 21 Alpha. In July 2008 he and his team opened a new entity called Efficient Real Estate Services, Inc.  dba: Team Fordyce
