Larry Romito is President and CEO of Quality Service Certification.
He began his real estate career in 1972 and during the past thirty years has benefited from a remarkable progression of responsibilities and experiences with large and small organizations, as well as independent companies and national franchise organizations.
In 1994 Romito was appointed EVP of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage responsible for 370 company owned offices nation-wide and its 16,000 sales associates and employees. Later he joined Prudential Real Estate Affiliates as EVP responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans and products, as well as the overall responsibility for the delivery of services to the network of 1,200 franchise offices.
He was the 2002 president of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers (CRB), was the 1995 Real Estate Buyers Agent Council (REBAC) Leader of the Year and in 2000 he was inducted to the REBAC Hall of Fame. Romito holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana) and an MBA from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. After graduation from the University of Illinois in 1966 Larry taught English at Proviso West High School, Hillside Illinois.
