Larry has been active in real estate since 1963. Hawaii has been his homebase since 1976. He and his wife Diane Swenson, CIPS are owners of Tropical Island Properties, LLC, active in entry level, luxury home, condominium, land and investment real estate.
Mr. Swenson is also a Certified General Appraiser and a Licensed General Contractor.
Larry is Past President of the Hawaii Association of Realtors and was elected by his peers as State Realtor of the Year in 2004.
He also has a Lifetime Teaching Credential for California Community Colleges in real estate subjects, and has been an instuctor for the Realtor Institue and an istructor for the National Association of Realtors in Real Estate Syndication. |
