Linda Fredericks (ABR, CRS, ePRO, GRI) began her real estate sales and marketing career in 1975, having gained a solid foundation in property values from working with a real estate appraiser for five years before her entrance into the industry as a Realtor®.

Her unrelenting focus on continuing education helps her remain ahead of the curve.  “I strive to keep a competitive edge with a creative mentality in a dynamic industry.  I am always open to change, and constantly learning new and effective strategies,” she explains.  Recognized in her market as a community leader, she currently she serves on the Executive Committee of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors as its Secretary/Treasurer, as well as the role of Director for the state association.

Linda’s production keeps her among the top 2% in her market, closing 70-80 transactions annually.  She was selected to co-author the book How to Make Your Realtor Get You the Best Deal with fellow iSucceed Mentor Ken Deshaies – a book whose purpose is to guide consumers through the real estate purchasing process, from choosing a Realtor® to negotiating the most beneficial price.  

 Linda thoroughly enjoys her life, and has been married to the same man since 1967.  Her daughter joined her team not too long ago, and provides special expertise in technology, buyer agency, and relationship-building.
