O’Donnell is President and CEO of Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, as well as an agent based independent California underwriter currently licensed in 19 states. She is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and Florida and entered the title insurance industry in 1989. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Florida Bar Association. O’Donnell is co-author of the Florida Land Title Association’s Title Insurance Handbook. She graduated with honors from the University of Sheffield, College of Law, Yorkshire, England. |
