President and COO
Mary Tennant began her real estate career with Keller Williams Realty in 1992. Mary quickly rose through the company ranks at Keller Williams Realty by focusing on various leadership and ownership roles. As project and team leader of the Austin Southwest market center, Mary focused on growth and sales, which in turn yielded the real estate office’s annual closed volume sales from $90 million to $1.3 billion within eight years.
Since her time as project and team leader of the Austin Southwest market center, Mary Tennant has been recruited as the chief operations officer (COO) of Keller Williams Realty Inc. in 2006. Within 12 months she was promoted to President and COO.
Mary Tennant currently oversees all the franchise headquarters’ operations. Her responsibility focuses on the dedication that Keller Williams Realty Inc. continues to provide its signature training and support to more than 73,000 associates.
